Her sexual harassment cases include the published case of Gotthardt v. AMTRAK 191 F.3d 1148 in which she and her co-counsel obtained a combined jury verdict/equitable relief award of $1.025 million for the female employee injured by a sexually hostile work environment.
- Elder neglect and nursing home abuse: Ms. Curran has extensive experience representing the elderly, people with disabilities and their families in cases under the California Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act against nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities and other care facilities.
